Leaves<\/strong><\/h3>\nMake 2. With hook and green yarn, for each leaf ch8 and, starting from 2nd ch from hook, work 1 dc, 1 htr, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, 1 htr, 3 dc into last ch and cont to work on opposite side with 1 htr, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, 1 htr and 1 dc. Fasten off.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\nWork spiral dc in continuous rounds, excluding leaves and stem. Do not close every round and place 1 stitch-marker at beg of each round.<\/p>\n
Heart<\/strong><\/h3>\nFIRST CIRCLE:<\/strong> With a 3.25mm hook and red yarn make a magic ring and, into this ring, work spiral in continuous rounds as follows:
\n1st round:<\/strong> 6 dc, pull yarn to close round.
\n2nd round:<\/strong> inc 1 st in each st of previous round (inc = work 2 dc in each st). There are 12 dc.
\n3rd round:<\/strong> * 1 dc into next st, 1 inc (= 2 dc) into following st; rep from * all around: there are 18 dc.
\n4th and 5th round:<\/strong> 1 dc into each st of previous round. Fasten off.<\/p>\nSECOND CIRCLE:<\/strong> Work as given for First circle<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
but, at end of 5th round, do not fasten off. Now join the two circles as follows:
\n6th round:<\/strong> 1 joining dec (= 2 dc joined together, whose the first dc into next st on Second Circle and the second dc into the st after the last on First Circle), then work 17 dc around First Circle and 18 dc around Second Circle, 1 joining dec into corresponding 2 sts on two Circles, as previous but on opposite side.
\n7th and 8th round:<\/strong> 1 dc into each st of two circles: there are 36 dc.
\n9th round:<\/strong> * 7 dc, 1 dec (= dc2tog:insert hook in a stitch, yarn on hook and pull a loop through, insert hook in next stitch, yarn on hook and pull a loop through, yarn on hook and pull through the 3 loops on the hook); rep from * all around: 32 dc remain.
\n10th round:<\/strong> * 6 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 28 dc remain.
\n11th round:<\/strong> * 5 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 24 dc remain.
\n12th round<\/strong>: * 4 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 20 dc remain.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
13th round:<\/strong> * 3 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 16 dc remain. Commence to insert padding into this part just worked.
\n14th round:<\/strong> * 2 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 12 dc remain.
\n15th round:<\/strong> * 1 dc, 1 dec; rep from * all around: 8 dc remain.
\nCut yarn. Complete padding. Remove loop on hook, fasten off and sew stitch with tarn needle.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Stem<\/strong><\/h3>\nWith hook and green yarn cover iron wire working dc all along stem. Fasten off<\/p>\n
Leaves<\/strong><\/h3>\nMake 2. With hook and green yarn, for each leaf ch8 and, starting from 2nd ch from hook, work 1 dc, 1 htr, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, 1 htr, 3 dc into last ch and cont to work on opposite side with 1 htr, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, 1 htr and 1 dc. Fasten off.<\/p>\n

With hook and mustard yarn join cover to jar coating, working a round of dc and a round of crab st. As shown in picture, join leaves to stem and fix bow with bead under heart point.<\/p>\n
