Spring/Summer 2026 Collection:
EXOTIC FRUIT SALAD
The SS2026 Lana Gatto collection evokes the flavours and scents of exotic fruit, celebrating the warm season with a ‘fruit salad’ of light-and-thin proposals. Lightness and fineness are indeed the guiding principles behind the Fashion and Atelier yarns, expressions of “Made in Italy” creativity and craftsmanship. .
The shades that make summer 2026 shine take inspiration from exotic fruit, with their bright colours and captivating flavours. Light and fine yarns to create summer garments and accessories with strong appeal define a collection that nonetheless maintains its natural component entrusted to the Classic line.
To design the wardrobe for the warm season, Lana Gatto’s Fashion Collection relies on 6 yarns with an emblematic name: Banana, a cotton and polyester chainette blend ideal for making beach hats, bags, and home décor containers; Avocado, where printed jute combines with cotton and an acrylic stitch to bring to life accessories that personalise not only outfits but also the home; and Kiwi (cotton, polyester, and polyamide for ‘Chanel-effect’ garments). Make room also for the natural yarns with Lime (100% organic cotton), Mango (cotton-linen-viscose), and Ananas (cotton-viscose). While they can be used individually, thanks to their easy-to-coordinate colours, the last two yarns offer their best when combined, creating a mix-and-match perfect for beachwear.
The Atelier Collection also focuses on seaside life, relying on luminescence to attract attention. Make room for Coconut (cotton mouliné yarn with micro-sequins for an ultra-bright effect) and Papaya, cotton chainette with a fringed effect thanks to the use of both ton-sur-ton and and metallic polyester. Metallic polyester is also a component of Passion Fruit – a naturally elegant yarn with a subtle lurex thread woven into the cotton – and Maracuja, multicoloured cotton-viscose chainette with a striped effect.
Colours represent the strong soul of the Classic Collection, whose 4 iconic yarns – Sugar, Silky, Cablè 5, and Nuovo Jaipur – have been entirely revisited in their colour palette and two new summery products are added to this line: Cotton Soft (mercerized makò cotton available in 30 shades), and Cashcot Bio, where organic cotton meets cashmere for garnments to flaunt even in mid-season.
