In the late winter wardrobe there is still place for knit vests, which are practical and always matchable. If, then, they are in the shades of one of the trend colors, this guarantees success! So, here are three super feminine proposals in brown declinations, made with Camel Hair, Misina, and Patagonia yarns.
Let’s start with a soft, sophisticated vest. Stitch chosen for textures is a delicate wave pattern obtained using knit and purl stitches.
Wave pattern work over a multiple of 6 sts plus 4 sta and over 8 rows. There are 2 video tutorial showing some rows. In the first video you can see how to work rows 1 and 2, which are repeated in rows 3 and 4.
On the other hand, the second video shows how to work rows 5 and 6, repeated then in rows 7 and 8.
We then continue with an Aran vest, a classic pattern with high lower border and V-neck. Back is in stocking stich, while Aran pattern that gives it its name is all on front.
Finally, we finish with a youthful, high-necked ‘leaves’ vest. Large leaves chase each other along entire texture, interrupted only by ribbed borders.
